How many people are you still planning to hire in 2020?
”We’re planning to hire 100+ people across the globe.”
What made you decide to keep hiring during COVID-19?
”We just launched two brand new electric bikes, the VanMoof S3 & X3. The launch was a huge success and boosted sales all over the globe, so we’re very grateful that our business was not affected as many others have been. Safe and reliable transportation is more important than ever, and we want to help more people around the world start biking, as well as protect our established communities. We now have the opportunity to grow our team further, and invest our success in great people.”
What’s your hiring advice during COVID-19?
”This is the time for any Talent Acquisition professional or team out there to leverage the situation in transforming the way they hire. Now’s the time to create better processes, uplevel your team, look at the recruitment technology stack and prepare yourselves for when things are back to the ‘new’ normal.”
