Scope
ASICS Technology uses Equalture at the very beginning of the hiring process across a wide range of roles – from business-facing to technical positions – and from trainees to senior executives. By implementing Equalture’s game-based behavioural assessments, ASICS Technology ensures every applicant is evaluated on their potential and cognitive skills rather than background or experience alone.
Challenges
ASICS Technology needed a way to identify talent that reflects its belief in diversity of thought and inclusivity. Traditional hiring methods often created barriers, favoring certain experience profiles and causing stress for candidates during assessments. - Inclusive and accessible assessments: Candidates described Equalture’s game-based assessments as fun, stress-free, and intuitive. Also, neurodivergent candidates experienced no accessibility barriers.
- Outstanding candidate experience: Equalture’s assessments received an average rating of 4.53 out of 5 stars, with a 97% completion rate, showing high engagement and satisfaction. Notably, the most senior candidates rated the experience the highest, reflecting how well the platform resonates across all experience levels.
- Deeper talent insights: ASICS Technology gained a better understanding of candidates’ behavioral strengths and potential, leading to more structured and personalized interviews.
