A bit about Léonie Kennepohl

Léonie Kennepohl is the co-founder of Female x Finance, a fast-growing career platform that connects female talent with the financial sector.

As students looking to break into Finance, founders Léonie and Mélanie experienced firsthand the barriers that women faced in a largely male-dominated sector. And so, FxF was born, with the goal of increasing female presence in the financial sector.

Their approach is twofold: they help talented women break into the sector through training and extensive career guidance, and they help businesses attract, hire, and retain next-gen female talent. With a growing community of over 5500 women, and over 60 partners in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance and Quantitative Finance, FxF’s efforts continue to help make gender diversity in the finance sector the norm, not just a trend.
