How to help your employees overcome their (soft) skill weaknesses

The #1 struggle I always hear from other founders, team leads and head ofs, is that leadership is tough – and the absolute toughest part is how to support, facilitate and stimulate personal development. How to give people the freedom to make mistakes and learn from it, ultimately to develop themselves and reach their goals. I call this the power of letting go without letting down. Not giving people a task, but a goal instead. Not controlling whether they are reaching their goals, but inspiring them to do so. And not instructing people how to do their job in order to reach their goal, but helping them instead.

In this playbook, I will explain how to help your employees overcome their (soft) skill weaknesses, in order to keep developing themselves. I hope you will enjoy it!

Cheers, Charlotte Melkert
