In my 10+ years of HRM experience and 5+ years as an NGO leader, Iโve been consistently operating from the idea that happy and fulfilled people make the difference for an organisationโs results and its impact on society.
Being neurodivergent, a woman and having lived in 6 different countries, has helped me to understand and embrace the complexities of โfitting inโ while being different.
