A bit about Adina Avram

“My personal mission is to help organisations create a happy, healthy, inclusive workplace.

In my 10+ years of HRM experience and 5+ years as an NGO leader, Iโ€™ve been consistently operating from the idea that happy and fulfilled people make the difference for an organisationโ€™s results and its impact on society.

Being neurodivergent, a woman and having lived in 6 different countries, has helped me to understand and embrace the complexities of โ€˜fitting inโ€™ while being different.

Currently, I serve as Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) & Talent Development at Trivium Packaging, and alongside, I actively engage as a keynote speaker, consultant and coach, working with organisations to seamlessly integrate DEIB and conscious leadership practices throughout their operations.”
