Emma Agricola
After a year of exploring the topic of DEI in the non-profit sector, she felt the need to take on a different lens and started working for asset manager Van Lanschot Kempen, where she grew into the Inclusion & Diversity specialist she is today. A while back, she furthermore launched INCLUSYOUNG; a training and consultancy-firm focused on the inclusion and retention of Gen Z and better collaboration between generations. This is the first organization, focused on the improvement of collaboration between generations and retention of Gen Z, that is also led by a Gen Z-er.

Wilma Roozenboom is the director of the Refugee Talent Hub, an employers’ initiative aiming to bridge the gap between refugees and the Dutch labour market. Wilma holds a double master’s degree, has over 20 years of experience in the field of cross-sector collaboration and is author of a book on public-private partnerships. After ten years of working as an independent consultant, she took on the position of the director of the Refugee Talent Hub in 2018. The Refugee Talent Hub is working in close collaboration with over 50 corporates, ranging from Accenture to Rabobank and from IKEA to Essent.

Iain Hamilton
Iain has gained more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector starting in agency roles and progressing to Head of Attraction Strategy at an FTSE 100 business managing attraction strategies across 35 countries. He later opted to continue his career as a consultant helping corporates build their in-house talent attraction strategies and providing recruitment marketing assistance. In January 2017, whilst continuing to provide consulting support on several large projects, he founded Recruitment Bot, a recruitment chatbot SAAS platform. After an early successful period providing chatbot services, Recruitment Bot was acquired by ClickIQ in August 2018. He held the role of CTO at ClickIQ and led the transformation and scaling of the ClickIQ platform along with the technical elements and due diligence of the subsequent acquisition. He now leads Indeed’s Scaled Job Performance products after joining Indeed through the acquisition of ClickIQ.
