A bit about Adina Avram

“My personal mission is to help organisations create a happy, healthy, inclusive workplace.

In my 10+ years of HRM experience and 5+ years as an NGO leader, I’ve been consistently operating from the idea that happy and fulfilled people make the difference for an organisation’s results and its impact on society.

Being neurodivergent, a woman and having lived in 6 different countries, has helped me to understand and embrace the complexities of ‘fitting in’ while being different.

Currently, I serve as Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) & Talent Development at Trivium Packaging, and alongside, I actively engage as a keynote speaker, consultant and coach, working with organisations to seamlessly integrate DEIB and conscious leadership practices throughout their operations.”
