About this study
As we strive support minority groups in their fight to get more equal opportunities, we continuously keep track of their experience and perceived fairness after completing the Equalture assessments. For this research we have looked into the differences in experience between candidates who belong to a minority group and candidates who don’t belong to a minority group.
Participants
For this study we have analysed the data of 5.322 job applicants who have anonymously shared their demographic details with us in order to analyse any impact of demographics on results and candidate experience.
Participants
After explicit agreement of the candidate to share their demographic details anonymously for research purposes, we have collected insights into the following demographic categories:
- Gender;
- Age;
- Etnicity;
- Neurological Disorder;
