A bit about Emma Agricola

After a year of exploring the topic of DEI in the non-profit sector, she felt the need to take on a different lens and started working for asset manager Van Lanschot Kempen, where she grew into the Inclusion & Diversity specialist she is today. A while back, she furthermore launched INCLUSYOUNG; a training and consultancy-firm focused on the inclusion and retention of Gen Z and better collaboration between generations. This is the first organization, focused on the improvement of collaboration between generations and retention of Gen Z, that is also led by a Gen Z-er.
