The talent shortage could result in 85 million unfilled jobs and $8.5 trillion unrealised revenue by 2030, according to the Global Talent Crunch study*.
Yet, what are the underlying reasons for the candidate shortage and how can you adapt your recruitment process to combat the issue?
In this webinar, Charlotte Melkert (CEO at Equalture) and Dr. Marcia Goddard (neuroscientist and expert on workfloor behaviour) together will discuss the following subjects:
What are the reasons for the tight labour market?
Why are companies struggling to recruit talent?
How can assessments help in combating talent shortage?
